Beer & Partners and Keystone Law would like to invite you to attend an investment event, which will give you a chance to see five very different businesses seeking investment. Lunch will be provided by our hosts, Keystone Law, in a nearby Mayfair restaurant.
Such meetings are arranged for a handful of discerning, novice or experienced investors to meet five high growth companies and offer a good opportunity to meet other investors, to receive brief presentations from each business seeking investment and to update your general knowledge on trends, challenges and opportunities in the market.
Our format is around a board table, when there will be an opportunity to question the presenting companies directly, and also discuss their strengths and weaknesses privately over lunch.
Please choose whether you prefer to join us in the morning followed by lunch, or vice versa when the same companies will present again. Both groups of attending investors will meet over lunch. Lawyers from Keystone Law will be on hand to help you with your legal and tax affairs respectively.
Please note places are strictly limited to 14 investors in the morning and again in the afternoon, so 28 in all.
There is no obligation to invest; Keystone Law and Beer & Partners are not advising investment in any particular company.

Presenting Companies
1. An established engineering company with patented products for the water, portable power and automotive industries which offer significant savings for customers. With a formidable team and a developing sales pipeline, the Company is seeking investment to support further sales and marketing.
2. An early stage internet business with a well developed plan and market opportunity in the online retail space. Seeking only an initial £50k for pilot launch, this will be followed by a larger round later this year to market a full rollout. Potential for tremendous returns. Role for the right investor and EIS expected.
3. An established film studio where Management is seeking to acquire additional property on the location with permitted opportunities for development and corresponding returns. Two specific creative projects are also offered and the team are open minded as to structure. EIS qualification on projects.
4. A London AIM listed company with strong IP and experience in the media and mobile space with a significant 'household name' pipeline, offering a private placement of £500k in two tranches on an EIS basis. Very strong team and excellent growth prospects. Some pipeline and forecast details are restricted for FSA reasons on listed stock.
Details are being confirmed of at least one further company who will also present on the day.
